Job Description:

  • Perform activities related to the Quality Management System (QMS), including:
  • Complaint intake and trend analysis
  • Event/Deviation intake and trend analysis
  • Logistics incident management
  • Document and record management
  • Supporting the reporting of Quality Metrics / Quality KPIs for Quality Systems Management Review
  • Supporting the maintenance of up-to-date Quality/Technical Agreements (QAA) with distributors
  • Supporting the monitoring of distributor performance against QAA requirements and KPIs
  • Assist in the development of the Commercial Quality webpage for the company intranet
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Biology or Chemistry or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Ability to use data analysis to get insights and inform business.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Sense of urgency or important and knows when to inform or escalate to a supervisor or relevant team.
  • Able to start in Nov/Dec
