PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

  • Account receivable and payables
  • Involve in daily payment transaction with clients
  • Processing invoices from suppliers & expenses forms.
  • Verify documentation and prepare the payments.
  • Processing transactions and updating ledgers, budgets, etc. by using SQL systems.
  • Providing administrative support to the team like filling and data entry.
  • Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
  • Working closely with individuals across the business at all levels.
  • Analyze quotations for any incurred expenses.
  • Has capability to propose a relevant standard of procedures or internal control systems if necessary.
  • Handle full petty cash transactions.
  • Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analysing account
  • Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow analysis and other reports.
  • Identify financial status by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Guide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions.
  • Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
  • Financial forecasting and risk analysis.
  • Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
  • Maintains and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
  • The key person in liaison with audit/tax for the entities.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

QUALIFICATION;

  • Bachelor's/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent (CGPA 3.0+)
  • Minimum 2 year of extensive accounting and finance experience
  • Strong talent demonstrated, particularly in audit experience (added value)

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
